Refund & Return Policy
At Dastgah Collections, we take pride in the authenticity of our hand-knotted vintage rugs and artisanal metal works.

Returns: Since our items are unique vintage pieces and custom metal crafts, we offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery if the item does not match the description provided.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are final and cannot be returned.
